How do you bill your customers?

Your CPA should be a trusted advisor. The start of that relationship is a fair fee structure, and clearly set expectations.

After an initial meeting, you will get you a quote and an engagement letter that outlines the scope of our services and the price for our services.

What is your process for taking new customers?

  1. You will need schedule a call to discuss the services you would like the firm to perform

  2. The firm will set you up with a client portal and request relevant documents

  3. The firm will provide you an engagement letter with price quotes and the scope of our services

 

If the firm doesn't think it's a good fit for your needs, the firm will try to refer you to another service provider.
